A 42-foot freeform pool is surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs, umbrella tables, and two barbecue grills—one gas and the other charcoal. A calm-water beach abuts the resort, and guests enjoy complimentary use of snorkeling gear.

Colony Cove Beach Resort offers 60 two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites that are rented out in condominium owners' absences. Suites are in four three-story, pale-peach buildings (no elevators). Balconies or ground-floor terraces furnished with lounge chairs and dining sets face the gardens or Caribbean Sea. (Sea view not guaranteed.)
Fully equipped kitchens include four-burner ranges, microwave ovens, full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, blenders, and toasters. Suites also include washer/dryers. While suites are decorated according to owners' tastes, all living/dining rooms have cushioned seating, four-chair dining sets, and TVs with VCRs or DVD player/VCR combinations. Bedrooms include both ceiling fans and air conditioners. Living/dining rooms have ceiling fans only. Housekeeping is provided daily except Sundays.
